DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Compare and verify that all of the closing conditions listed on the closing instructions are completed and contained in the file. Identify any abnormalities with the closing package and process accordingly, annotating the findings in the Mortgage Loan Origination System.  Update the Mortgage Loan Origination System to reflect the accurate findings of the closing conditions.  Pay respective mortgage insurance premiums to multiple government agencies. Record findings of loan file audit and report within required time frame Effectively communicate both orally and in writing, to ensure timely resolution of incorrect and or incomplete documentation Responsible for verifying all documents are within specific government agency compliance prior to insuring.  Record, monitor and report deficiencies and required remedies to appropriate parties. Confirm, communicate and clear salability issues on closed loans, so that they can be sold on the Secondary Market. Ensure deficiencies are resolved and documentation is received within the established time frame Once the loan is complete, will be required to submit the findings of the loan through FHA connection as well as VA WebLGY and Rural Housing for Government Insuring.
